What is a Code Jam?

barrier-free family fun

A Code Jam is a free event that allows all students and their grown-ups to explore coding and technology in an inclusive and interactive environment.

These events provide a judgment-free zone full of fun, encouragement, and exploration; it’s all about sparking interest and trying new things! Attendees have the opportunity to learn about career pathways from field experts, engage with like-minded community members, and learn about emerging technology, trends, and more.

Low Sensory Jam

Low Sensory Jams are designed to be more welcoming for neurodivergent students.

Our Low Sensory Jam event is ideal for students who are neurodiverse (autism, Asperger’s,  ADHD, sensory processing disorder, dyspraxia,  dyslexia, etc). This is a  FREE, fun, family event where students and their adults learn about computer programming, cyber security, how to stay safe online, and other digital concepts and languages from community volunteer programmers.
